Trish Roddis, Executive Director

The original founder and day to day driving force behind this organization. Originally from Yorkshire, England, Trish emigrated to Orlando over 12 years and has been helping the homeless ever since. Trish became very active with various groups and organizations in the local area and has been providing help, support and encouragement to those needing temporary and transitional housing.

Dave Roddis

Having helped Trish with the set up and running of the CommUnity Center 729 Dave is active in the classes and services provided there. He runs the meditation class, training classes and shop offering crystals, incenses, sage and fair trade clothing and custom jewelry.

Advisory Board & Volunteers

Debbie Spice, Licensed Real Estate Broker

Debbie handles the property acquisitions, property management, accounting and business organization.

Julia Maloney, Case Worker

Julia has worked in the social service case management arena for over 12 years serving Orange and Osceola county. She handles the relationships with the homeless to reintegrate into the social environment.

Leslie Bartlett, Volunteer, Housekeeping

Leslie keeps everyone (including us) organized clean and tidy. After each person leaves the homes they are cleaned and maintained by Leslie.

Richie Franklin, Volunteer Coordinator

Richie came to Orlando in search of a new meaning in life and has stayed with us to keep our volunteers organized and up to date of what work needs to be done for the commUnity Center or the homes.
